The cost of an interior design project varies depending on the size of the space, location, complexity of the proposal, and the desired level of customization. We can work with a fixed price per square meter or with a personalized budget, depending on each Client’s needs. For a detailed quote, a meeting is always necessary to better understand the project’s needs and objectives.
The timeframe depends on the project’s size and level of detail. On average, a project can take 4 to 12 weeks, considering all stages – from conception to the finalization of technical details. If construction is involved, the time may be longer, depending on the complexity and availability of the professionals involved.
We can work in both ways: deliver only the detailed project for the client to execute on their own or offer complete construction supervision. In the second case, we manage the execution of the work, ensuring that everything is done according to the project.
One of the studio’s objectives is to translate our clients’ personality and style into the environments we design. We can work with references that clients already have or suggest ideas based on the most current trends, always ensuring that the project is functional, timeless, and suited to each client’s taste.
Our services for residential and commercial areas are:
Yes – we serve clients anywhere in the world and also offer the option of online projects. In this format, briefly, we hold virtual meetings, request measurements of the spaces, and send the detailed project.
An interior designer has training focused on the utilization, optimization, and harmonization of interior environments, designing and reformulating the layout, furniture, lighting, colors, textures, and finishes to create a functional and aesthetically pleasing space. An architect has training that covers everything from structural and constructive design to aesthetic and functional issues of space, being able to design and approve constructions, structural alterations, and changes involving civil work. In an ideal scenario, it’s preferable that both work together from the start of a project to offer a more optimized result from the beginning.
The process may vary according to the needs of each type of project, but generally follows these steps:
No, the project value covers the creative process, project, and technical survey of the space. The execution of work involves other costs, such as labor, materials, equipment, and furniture.
We have partnerships with trusted suppliers and professionals in specialties such as contractors, carpenters, painters, electricians, who are already familiar with our work method. However, if the client has their own preferred professionals, we can adapt the project so that they can execute it according to the predefined specifications. The important thing is to ensure that the quality and final result are aligned with what we designed for your space.
As a rule, we do not conduct visits before presenting our fees. If the client sees this visit as fundamental before sending the fees, we work with a technical visit fee, which covers travel and preliminary analysis of the space. If the client decides to proceed with the project and accepts our fee proposal, the value of the technical visit fee is deducted from the cost of the fees. For an initial estimate, we always request the submission of floor plans, photos, and a brief meeting to discuss the project objectives.
